90% of the teachers are Indian nationals and about 10% are overseas hires in both teaching and leadership positions. The teaching staff is highly qualified and 1/3rd are IB Examiners/workshop leaders/syllabus developers.

The school has air-conditioned buses currently and runs a bus service. The routing of the buses is dependent upon demand in certain areas and is run on a no-profit-no-loss basis.

At Shardayatan School, we integrate a wide range of activities within our overall educational programme. The following is a part of the curriculum for children: Arts & Crafrts, Dance, Music, and Physical Education. Duration of each period is 55 minutes.
